AlphaBot 2 is a wheeled humanoid created by Shenzhen based AI² Robotics for industrial and public facing work. Standing 180 cm tall and weighing 135 kg, it combines a humanoid upper body with a six wheeled mobile base, two five fingered hands, and an adjustable waist that raises and tilts the torso. This configuration supports access from floor level to shelf height while prioritizing stable movement on level surfaces. It has 34 overall degrees of freedom, including 16 in its hands, a maximum speed of 6 km/h, a 15 kg strength specification, and up to six hours of runtime per charge. Its stated markets include logistics, manufacturing, public service, and hospitality, with factory and semiconductor line work among its target settings. AlphaBot 2 is designed for safe operation around people. Its Humanoid.Guide Skill Score is 3 out of 10, placing it in the developing stage, with navigation rated 1 out of 5 and manipulation rated 2 out of 5.

AlphaBot 2 uses AI² Robotics’ AlphaBrain vision language action platform and runs Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Its onboard compute is an NVIDIA AGX Orin with 64 GB, supporting vision processing and integrated large language model functionality. The robot carries 1920×1080 RGB cameras on its head, chest, and back, plus 1280×720 RGB D cameras at both wrists for close range visual awareness during manipulation. Connectivity includes CAN, Ethernet, HDMI, RJ45, RS485, USB 3.0, WiFi, and over the air updates. Proprietary AI² Robotics electric motors power each joint. The wheeled base provides mobility across factory floors and service environments, while the articulated torso and hands support navigation and basic object handling tasks at different working heights.

AlphaBot 2 is in production and was unveiled as a commercial model in April 2025. Humanoid.guide lists its price at 70 000 USD, while directing prospective buyers to submit an inquiry describing their application and location. AI² Robotics positions the robot for organizations seeking a stable mobile manipulation platform rather than a legged system. Its six wheeled design reflects a practical focus on durability, balance, and lower manufacturing complexity for structured indoor environments. The robot is significant as part of a growing class of humanoid form factor machines tailored for deployed work in logistics, manufacturing, semiconductor operations, hospitality, and public service. Its combination of wheeled mobility, adjustable reach, vision hardware, and AI driven control targets repeatable tasks in spaces built for people.
