Figure roadmap has completely changed, Brett Adcock says

Figure’s roadmap has completely changed over the past year and its team has doubled, Brett Adcock said in a post on X. He shared a company staff meeting publicly, saying Figure had held the session that week to align employees around its mission. The update offers a brief account of organizational growth at the humanoid robotics developer, with the pace of progress described in Adcock’s own terms.

“Given our rate of progress, our roadmap has completely changed over the last year, and the team has doubled,” Adcock wrote. That links the revised Figure roadmap to what he describes as rapid progress, rather than presenting the changes as a response to a particular technical or commercial setback. Adcock framed the meeting around coordination across the enlarged team. “It’s important to get everyone aligned on our mission going forward,” he wrote.
