Owners can change its outer appearance with 3D printed shells and shape its behavior through software, giving each unit a distinct look and character. The robot comes from PrimeBOT, a brand created by the Chinese composites company Swancor, and its CES 2026 debut signaled a different strategy from industrial humanoid makers chasing warehouses and factories. By combining a small body, open development tools, and personality level customization, Q1 broadens what people expect from a humanoid.
