Description
Unitree H2-X is a full-size humanoid robot from Unitree Robotics, the Hangzhou-based company known for its affordable legged robots. It belongs to the H2 family, which Unitree launched in October 2025 as the successor to its H1 humanoid. Unitree describes H2-X as a robot that delivers “powerful performance to serve and guard you.” Its standout feature is endurance. While the standard H2 runs about three hours per charge, H2-X reaches roughly eight.
That longer runtime points to new roles. For example, a robot that can work a full shift suits security patrols, reception desks and long service duties. Unitree’s message focuses on both serving people and protecting them. Meanwhile, the company asks owners to use the robot “safely and in a friendly manner,” echoing the H2 motto of serving everyone safely.
H2-X builds on a proven platform. The H2 family stands about 180 cm tall and moves with remarkable agility, from dance routines to martial-arts kicks. Its strong leg joints give it stable, dynamic balance. In addition, the H2 Plus version adds NVIDIA Jetson Thor computing and optional tactile five-finger hands. As a result, the platform supports advanced AI models for perception and manipulation.

The H2 family also stands out for its humanlike look. Unlike Unitree’s earlier faceless robots, H2 has a sculpted face with eyes, a nose and lips. Moreover, it supports voice interaction through built-in microphones and speakers. Unitree has not yet published full details or pricing for H2-X. In short, H2-X extends Unitree’s flagship humanoid toward long, practical service and guarding work.
