Description
Anigon is an industrial wheeled humanoid robot from Aimbo Robotics, a Swiss company founded in 2026 in Altendorf, in the canton of Schwyz. Aimbo builds it for logistics, manufacturing and enterprise operations. The robot pairs a tall, humanlike upper body with two arms on a wheeled base. Notably, its base can raise and lower the robot to reach different working heights. At 189 cm tall, it can work at shelves and stations designed for people.
Aimbo’s main strength lies in connecting robots to business systems. Its platform links Anigon directly to enterprise software such as SAP, manufacturing execution systems and warehouse management systems. For example, it can turn a warehouse work order into a physical picking task. Aimbo has already shown this working with SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA. As a result, companies can add robots without rebuilding their IT systems.
Anigon also handles objects with care. Its two seven-joint arms use force control, so they yield gently on contact. Meanwhile, tactile sensing lets it detect slipping, jamming and unstable grasps and correct them in real time. Several AI models work together, including a vision-language-tactile-action model and a world model that predicts outcomes. In addition, it learns new tasks from just three to five demonstrations.

Safety and uptime shape the whole design. Aimbo separates AI decision-making from safety-critical control, so a model error cannot override basic safety. Torque sensors in the joints detect collisions, and electromagnetic brakes hold the arms in place. Moreover, two hot-swappable batteries let it run around the clock with planned battery changes. In short, Anigon offers European companies a compliance-focused humanoid built for real enterprise workflows.
