Description
ZWHAND also makes the B06, the simplest and most affordable hand in its lineup. It uses just six active joints, far fewer than the A17 or B20. Even so, a linkage-based transmission connects those six motors to sixteen total moving joints across the hand. Because of this mechanical linkage design, the B06 trades some independent finger control for raw strength. In fact, it can grip with up to 150N of force, well above ZWHAND’s other two models. That makes it a strong fit for industrial tasks like gripping heavy or awkward parts on a production line.

Despite its simpler drive system, the B06 still senses what it touches. Its fingertips carry pressure sensors rated between 5 and 12N, similar to the readings on ZWHAND’s higher-end hands. So even a budget-focused design keeps some tactile feedback built in. The hand also shares its outer skin and color options with ZWHAND’s other models, keeping a consistent look across the lineup. At an estimated 400 to 500 grams, it stays light and compact, which suits robots or machines with tighter space and payload limits. Overall, the B06 sacrifices some of the fine dexterity of the A17 and B20, but it makes up for that with higher grip force and a lower cost of entry.
