Description
AgiBot RAISE A1 is a first‑generation, general‑purpose humanoid engineered for real‑world work. It combines human‑like proportions with industrial‑grade mechatronics and perception, giving it the size, reach and dexterity to step into spaces built for people and handle repeatable tasks safely alongside them.
The robot’s lower body uses a reverse‑knee leg design and high‑torque, quasi‑direct‑drive joints to achieve stable bipedal walking at human‑like pace. A multi‑sensor stack—RGB‑D vision, LiDAR and a microphone array—supports obstacle awareness, spatial understanding and robust operation in dynamic environments such as shop floors and warehouses.
For manipulation, RAISE A1 features Skill‑hand: five‑fingered hands with 12 active and 5 passive degrees of freedom and visual fingertip sensing. This enables precise grasping, fine alignment and tool use on small parts, as well as two‑handed tasks like bin handling and workstation operations.
At the software level, the EI‑Brain architecture and WorkGPT multimodal model coordinate perception, language understanding and skill execution. The goal is a robot that can take natural instructions, plan multi‑step tasks, and execute them with reusable skills—accelerating deployment across manufacturing, logistics, service and research scenarios.
