Description

The ROBOTIS AI Worker is a next‑generation, semi‑humanoid robot that brings physical AI directly to the factory floor. Purpose‑built for real‑world industrial settings, it rolls in on a compact swerve‑drive base and instantly blends into existing workflows, thanks to native ROS 2 support and an open control stack.

At its core are ROBOTIS DYNAMIXEL actuators that deliver high torque and precise motion to dual 7‑DOF arms and dexterous grippers. A rich sensor suite—RGB‑D cameras, LiDAR, force‑torque sensors and more—feeds real‑time perception data to an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin computer capable of running advanced AI models right on the edge.

The robot learns the way people do. Engineers simply demonstrate a task; imitation‑learning algorithms capture the sequence, while reinforcement learning refines it until performance reaches expert level. From intricate wiring‑harness assembly to precision welding and final‑line visual inspection, the AI Worker repeatedly executes skills with millimeter accuracy and 24/7 stamina.
